It’s no secret I despise summer. benitle: Oh God, me too! I just want to be able to sleep BEFORE 1 am at night, instead of tossing and turning because it’s too hot. No wonder I have such a hard time getting up in the morning to work out. Though I’m ready to wait one more week till the fall. I bought this gorgeous maxi dress and I’m picking it up on Saturday from the tailor where I’ve had it shortened. I’d like to wear it once at least. ;o)

benitle: The hardest thing for me about losing weight is that I’m such a glutton. There’s nothing better than a great dining experience. Going out with friends, sharing a few drinks and amazing food. But what you want the most is not always what’s best for you. Finding the right balance is the true challenge.
